William Walter Culp Jr age 77, passed away Thursday morning December 3, 2020. He was born January 30, 1943 in Baltimore to William Walter Culp Sr and Mary Higdon Culp. Bill worked as a truck driver for many years until ill health forced his retirement. He lived life to the fullest whether it was cheering on the Colts or fishing and he loved every second of it. Bill will be dearly missed by his love ones who celebrate the fact that he is at peace with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was preceded in death by sons, Tim Culp, Andy Boyett and David Smith; father, William Walter Clup Sr; mother, Mary Higdon Culp.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years Chinesa Casey Culp, son, John Culp, daughters, Diane Ruhl and husband Todd and Alisha Boyett, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He loved being their "Pa Pa".
