Wayne Anthony Love age 71, of New Harmony passed away December 23, 2021 from injury's sustained in a golf cart accident. He was born January 24, 1950 in Conyers, GA the son of James Love and Doris Moseley Love. Wayne was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked as mechanic for Beard Equipment Company. Wayne was an avid fisherman and enjoyed riding motorcycles. He loved tinkering on anything mechanical from restoring airplanes, cars and working on projects around his home. Wayne attended the First Baptist Church in Florala. He will be dearly missed by his loved ones who celebrate the fact that he is at peace with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was preceded in death by grandson, Matthew Wayne Elmore; father, James Love; mother, Doris Moseley Love; son-in-law, Charles Elmore; brothers, Eddie and Jerry Love; nephew, Lee Crenshaw.

He is survived by wife, Sandra McQuarrie Love, daughters, Casandra Elmore and Lisa Elmore and husband David, sisters, Wanda Terry, Cynthia Crenshaw and Ellen Love, grandsons, Caleb, Andrew, Ethan and Evan. He loved being their "Paw Paw".

Memorial services for Wayne Love will be 11AM Thursday December 30, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Florala with military honors and Charlie Leonard officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before services.
