Tanya Marie Carnley of Paxton, Florida, died Sunday, August 15, 2021 due to COVID-19 at the age of 43.
She was born on November 3, 1977 in Opp, Alabama. Tanya was preceded in death, one day earlier, by her Father, Wayne Carnley, who was her entire world. The two enjoyed time at home, going out for drives and their many trips to the Smoky Mountains. Tanya is survived by her Uncle Ervin & Aunt Connie (Carnley); her Uncle Gerald (Kilpatrick); cousins Gregg, Rick, Angie, Marc, Ray, Keith, Joey, Eddy & Marci and their families; her mother Martha Duncan; and other extended family members. Though Tanya was super reserved and primarily kept to herself, she cared deeply for others, likely learning that from her (late) Grandmother Ruby Carnley who she spent much time with growing up. Due to concerns regarding Covid19, a public service will not be held. A private graveside service will be planned for burial of her ashes at the Paxton Cemetery at a later date.
