Steven Joel Rawls of Paxton FL. passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022 at the age of 53. He was surrounded by family and friends.

Steven was employed at Ft. Rucker, AL. where he was a helicopter technician for the past 14 years. Steven was a Master Mason, Shriner and past Worshipful Master of Masonic Lodge 685 of Florala Alabama. He was also a member of the Southern Outlaw Gassers. Stevens greatest passion was drag racing and he was loved by all.

Steven is survived by his wife, Sharon, 2 stepchildren, Amber McClain, Jamie Powell, 3 grandchildren, Conner, Colton, and Coraleigh. His father, Ron Rawls, mother, Frances Rawls, mother-in-law, Donie Sasser, sister, Kathy Adams, husband Brad, brother in laws, Jody Rogers, wife Jaqui, Andy Walley, wife Gail, and Terry Walley, wife Sheila, sister in law, Rhonda Wally, nieces and nephews, Hannah, Tiffany, Brittany, Katie and Devon, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services for Steven Joel Rawls will be 2PM Wednesday February 23, 2022 at Evans Funeral Home with Jerry Hutchenson officiating. Visitation will be one hour before service. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
