Shirley Ann Howard age 65, passed away January 11, 2025.  She was born July 20, 1959 in Dothan the daughter of James Earl Hallford Sr and Willie Cogburn Hallford.  Shirley enjoyed fishing, camping and cooking. Her biggest legacy, however, was the immeasurable mark she left on her family. Known to them as Shirley, Moma and Nanny she will forever hold a dear and precious place in each of their hearts. She will be dearly missed by her loved ones who celebrate the fact that she is at peace with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was preceded in death by husband, Jimmy Howard; father, James Earl Hallford Sr; brothers, Rex and James Hallford Jr; sister, Patsy Hallford.

She is survived by mother, Willie Cogburn Hallford, sons, David Cook (Beth) and Josh Cook, daughters, Anna Arriaga (Manuel), Jamie Cook and Mary Arriaga (Elmer), brother, Steve Hallford (Marie), sisters, Sue Carrol, Diane Boyett, Joyce Sample (Chris) and Margie Buck. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Shirley Ann Howard will be 2PM Wednesday January 15, 2025 at Evans Funeral Home with Ricky Jenkins officiating.
