Sandra Jean Henley born May 27, 1941 passed away February 10, 2025 at the age of 83.  She was a resident of the Hopewell Community in Florala, AL.  Throughout her life she was devoted to her family and friends.   She also enjoyed the outdoors and loved driving her buggy throughout the community.  She instilled the traditions of hard work, family dinners, and going to church.
Sandra is survived by her son, Virgil Henley; her grandchildren, Brett Henley, Jeremy Henley, and Madison Hayek; her great-grandchildren, Paityn Henley, Traclyn Henley, Rowdy Henley, Lincoln Henley, Harper Henley, Mercedes Nelson, and Prince Hayek; her sisters Debra Lewis and Jerri Strickland; and her niece Kim Lewis who was like a daughter to her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tracy Henley; her son, Timothy Anthony Henley; her parents, Leon and Virgie Davis; and her siblings, Virgil Davis, Roger Davis, Bobby Jo Davis, and Peggy Lynn.
Graveside services will be held at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Laurel Hill, FL Sunday February 16, 2025 at 12:30pm following church services.  A meal will be served in the Fellowship Hall afterwards.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Ebenezer Baptist Church at 3186 New Ebenezer Rd. Laurel Hill, FL 32567.  Sandra was a long-time member of Ebenezer and faithfully served on many committees

Graveside services for Sandra Henley will be 12:30 PM Sunday February 16, 2025 at New Ebenezer Cemetery in Laurel Hill with Halston Brooks officiating.
