Ruby Martin age 88, of Florala passed away July 6, 2020. She was born in Florala on October 7, 1931 to Glennie Sweatt and Annie Mae Turner Sweatt. She was well loved, hard working and a great cook. She was preceded in death by husband, Ladue Martin; father, Glennie Sweatt; mother, Annie Mae Turner Sweatt; grandson, Marshall Collingwood; brothers, Lindsey, Pete and Joe Sweatt; sister, Mable Turner.

She is survived by daughter, Debra Price and husband Johnny of Andalusia, sons, Danny Martin and Jimmy Martin and wife Tammy of Florala, brother, Lewis Sweatt, sisters, Sue Mason and Connie Hamilton, grandchildren, Justin Martin, JoJo Collingwood (Melanie), Travis Collingwood, Sammy Collingwood and Samantha Jones (Anthony), numerous great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Funeral services for Ruby Martin will be 2PM Saturday July 11, 2020 at Evans Funeral Home with Dennis Sims officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before services. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
