Roy Lawrence Jr age 45, passed away October 18, 2023. He was born December 20, 1977 in Opp the son of Roy Lawrence Sr and Shelia Clements Lawrence. Roy worked as a heavy equipment operator in the construction business until ill health forced his retirement. He was an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting and fishing. Roy was an enemy to no one and a friend/brother to everyone. Nothing was more important to Roy than spending time with his family. He will be deary missed by his loved ones who celebrate that he is at peace with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was preceded in death by, mother, Shelia Clements Lawrence; Dewayne Brooks, who he loved like a dad.

He is survived by wife, Kandice Reeves Lawrence, daughter, McKenzie Lawrence, sons, Case Lawrence and Austin Anderson, who he loved as a son, father, Roy Lawrence Sr, sisters, Stephanie Oglesby and husband Michael, Christina Brewer and Amy Lawrence, mother-in-law, Rhonda Hobbs and husband Kenny, grandmother in-laws, Judy Cawthon and Cindy Enwright and husband Jim, Kamden Anderson, who he loved as a grandson.

Funeral services for Roy Lawrence Jr will be 2PM Friday October 20, 2023 at Evans Funeral Home with Kevin Brooks officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before services. Interment will be in Brooks Cemetery.
