Rebecca Jane Jose, age 50, of Florala, Alabama, passed away on March 20, 2026. She was born on May 21, 1975, the daughter of Royce Tindall and Clara Holloway Tindall.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, Royce and Clara Tindall, and her brother, DeWayne Tindall.

Rebecca was a woman of creativity, warmth, and deep devotion to her family. She owned and operated her small business, Custom Creations, where she used her remarkable artistic talent to design and create custom cups, t-shirts, keychains, and many other unique items. Her creativity was not just a skill; it was a passion that brought her joy and allowed her to bless others.

She enjoyed playing pool and was known for her beautiful singing voice, often sharing her talent through karaoke. Rebecca was also an excellent cook, and her family will always remember her homemade tacos, potato salad, dressing, and her famous banana pudding, meals made with love that brought everyone together.

Rebecca had a kind and humble spirit. She was the kind of person who would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. Her love for her family was unwavering, and she especially cherished her role as "Maw-Maw" and "Mimi" to her grandchildren, names that reflected the deep bond she shared with them.

Her faith in Jesus Christ was the foundation of her life. Through many health challenges, Rebecca remained strong, holding firmly to her faith. As Scripture reminds us, she fought the good fight, she finished the race, and she kept the faith.

She is survived by her loving husband, Miguel Jose; her children, Angelica Jose Martinez and her husband Elmer, Miguel Jose, Faith Sanford, and Nakayla Siler and her husband Justin; along with her cherished grandchildren, brother, Ricky Wheeler, sister Virigina Dye and husband Donell and extended family who will continue to carry her memory in their hearts. She is also survived by a very special friend, Greg Dukes, who held a meaningful place in her heart.

A celebration of life service for Rebecca Jane Jose will be announced by Evans Funeral Home.
