This document serves as a formal declaration of the gift of a burial right within a cemetery lot.

I, Betty Smith, being of sound mind and the lawful owner of a cemetery lot known as the:

Daniel Plot
Paxton Cemetery
Paxton, Florida

do hereby voluntarily and without compensation gift and convey one (1) burial plot, specifically described as: The southwest portion of the Daniel Plot,

to: Sonja D'Ercole

This gift is made freely, as a personal act of generosity, and conveys to Sonja Der Cole the right of interment in the described portion of said lot.

I affirm that:

I am the legal owner of the Daniel Plot located in Paxton Cemetery.
I have full authority to grant this right of interment.
This gift is made without coercion, compensation, or obligation.
This conveyance applies only to the burial right for one plot located in the southwest portion of the Daniel Plot and does not transfer full ownership of the entire lot unless otherwise stated.
This gift is subject to all rules, regulations, and policies of Paxton Cemetery.
This document is intended to serve as a permanent written record of this gift and may be provided to Paxton Cemetery for acknowledgment and recordkeeping.
