William Martell "Matt" White age 37, of Tuscaloosa, AL passed away unexpectedly August 6, 2022.  He was born November 1, 1984 in Andalusia, AL the son of Phillip White and   Mona Veasey.  Intelligent and self-taught, Matt enjoyed working in the technical field.  Creative, a lover of music, reading and writing, he spent much time on these passions.  He is now at rest and we hold him close within our hearts and pray that you will do the same.  Matt is preceded in death by his grandfather, Martell  Bryant and his grandmother, Howellene Plant.

He is survived by his mother, Mona Veasey (Keith), father, Phillip White (Lynn), brother, Gid White, sister, Chelsea Martin (Jason), maternal grandmother, Leigh Martin (Leo), stepbrothers, Brandon Veasey, Lee Sneller (Trisha), Martin Payne (Breanna), stepsisters, Victoria Maio, Katy Watkins (Joseph), nieces Lyla and Lucy Watkins, nephew, Luke Watkins, uncles, Steve White (Ramona), Marshall White (Susan), and aunt, Donna Kidd. He is also survived by an abundance of cousins.

Celebration of Life services for William Martell "Matt" White will be 2:00 PM Sunday August 14, 2022 at Evans Funeral Home with Father John Pearse officiating.  Visitation will be at 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers donations in Matt White's memory may be made to Oxford Sober Living Houses 348 Monte Vista Drive Montgomery, AL  36109.
