Margaret Jenkins Neese age 98, of Lockhart passed away August 10, 2024. She was born August 14, 1925 in Solsberry, Indiana the daughter of Oakley and Edna Jenkins. Margaret worked and retired from Withlacoockee River Electric Corporation as a district secretary. She was a member of Hudson United Methodist Church of Florida and a member of the Methodist Church in Florala. She was preceded in death by husband, Earl Neese; parents, Oakley and Edna Jenkins; sisters, Naomi Jenkins and Hilda Halsey; brother, James Jenkins and son, David Lawerance Boston; son-in-law, Billy Oaks; granddaughter, Tammy Lee; grandson, James Oaks.

She is survived by daughters, Connie Lee, Bonnie Lou Boston (Danny Thompson) and Joyce Lynne Oaks. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Funeral services for Margaret Jenkins Neese will be 3PM Thursday August 15, 2024 at the Florala Methodist Church with Kevin Holland officiating, Visitation will be 1 hour before services.
