Linda Adams Poston age 75, passed away Saturday October 3, 2020. She was born March 20, 1945 in Gaskin to Joel Adams and Mabel Searcy Adams. Linda loved sewing, reading and listening to gospel music. Nothing was more important to her than spending time with her family. She was loved by so many because she gave love to so many. Her faith in Jesus Christ sustained her as she bravely fought many health issues. She fought the good fight. She kept the faith. She finished the race. Linda was preceded in death by father, Joel Adams; mother, Mabel Searcy Adams; sisters, Nadine Watson and Lynett Holloway; brothers, Ferrin, Joel and Glen Adams.

She is survived by husband, Neal Poston, son, Michael Poston and wife Lisa, daughters, Deborah Evans and husband Mike and Becky Richard, brother, Wade Adams and wife Joyce, 9 grandchildren, Hannah, Emily, Julie, Noah, Rock, Chelsey, Nathan, April, and Adam. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren. She loved being their Grandma.

Our family offers their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the caregivers at Emerald Coast Hospice for the wonderful and loving care they gave Linda.

Funeral services for Linda Adams Poston will be 11AM Tuesday October 6, 2020 at Evans Funeral Home with Robert Harrison officiating. Visitation will be 6-8PM Monday. Interment will be at 8 Mile Cemetery.
