Obituary

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph (Jojo) Ladue Collingwood, a beloved Paw Paw, Father, Brother, son and nephew who passed away December 8, 2025, at the age of 53 in Pensacola, FL from a long battle with Crohn's disease. Jojo was born in Plant City, FL on Sept 17, 1972.

He was a graduate of Paxton High School and went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Army. He was honored to be a veteran and carried deep pride in his service throughout his life. From an early age, Jojo developed a passion for weight training and physical conditioning. That dedication shaped his life and later led him into a world of professional wrestling. His wrestling career brought him great pride under the stage name,"physco Jo". Jojo also loved the outdoors. Hunting and fishing were among his favorite pastimes, giving him peace, purpose, and cherished memories with those he loved. He was more of a free spirited hippie as he would call himself. He had a passion for all things Elvis and still believed he was still here. He loved his kids but his heart was his grandchildren. His faith in Jesus Christ remained steadfast, even as he bravely faced numerous health challenges in his later years.

He is preceded in death by his mother Debra Martin Price, fathers Joe Collingwood and John Burkhart, Brother Marshall Collingwood and niece Elora Jones.

He is survived by daughter Joce (Trevon) Singletary and son Joseph Crockett, grandchildren Aniyah Singletary, Xavier and Emery Crockett, Brothers Travis and Sammy Collingwood, Sister Samantha (Anthony) Jones, and Uncle Danny (Renee) Martin. He is also survived by an abundance of extended loved ones including numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of life for JoJo Collingwood will be at 10 a.m. , Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Evans Funeral home with Anthony Jones officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Interment will be held at Greenwood Cemetery directly after service
