Johnny Foy Johnson age 57, of Florala passed away December 28, 2024. It was the simplest pleasures in life that brought great joy to Johnny. He loved being outdoors and found peace in spending time in his flower garden or an afternoon at the river. Johnny was a hard worker and grew up logging and welding at the shop his father established many years ago. Johnny was optimistic and encouraging, his cheerful personality was contagious. His love for his family and friends was unwavering and will live on in the wonderful memories they have of him. Johnny had recently been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and succumbed to complications of his condition at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL. Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Norma Faye Johnson and sister Joyce Johnson Martin.

Johnny is survived by his brother, Kenneth Johnson & Wife Misty of Florala, daughter, Brittany Johnson & husband, Joe Espino of College Station, TX, Kristina Jo Ramirez & husband Benny of Iola, Tx, son, Tyler Johnson, of Florala, grandchildren, Ella Espino, Jonah Espino of College Station, TX, Joshua Ramirez, Kylee Ramirez and Makayla Ramirez of Iola, TX Brodie Johnson and Titus Johnson of Florala. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and extended family members who will never forget the love he brought to their lives.

Funeral services for Johnny F Johnson will be 11AM Thursday January 2, 2025, at Evans Funeral Home with Phil McMillian officiating.  Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-6PM Wednesday January 1, 2025, at Evans Funeral Home.
