John Robert Lowery Sr passed away Wednesday March 9, 2022. He was born June 20, 1948 in Daytona Beach, FL the son of Robert Lowery and Sybil Galloway Lowery. John worked in the agriculture industry as a salesman for many years. He was an avid hunter and spent countless hours in the fields and woods of northwest Florida and south Alabama shooting doves and chasing white tailed deer. John had a love for life and a love for getting this done. He was often found out in the fields working on his tractor to get pasture cleared and ready for the cattle that he cared for. He loved spending time with his family. Known to them as Dad, Johnny, Big John and "Pa Pa". He will forever hold a dear and precious place in each of their hearts. He will be dearly missed by his loved ones who celebrate the fact he is at peace with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. he was preceded in death by father, Robert Lee Lowery Sr; mother, Mary Sybil Galloway Lowery; brother, David Lowery.

He is survived by son, John Robert Lowery Jr and wife Lacy, daughter, Allison Lowery, sisters, Becky Seton and Lisa Lowery, grandchildren, Shea, Ellen, Blake, Skyler, Lauren and Mary Grace Lowery. He is also survived by an abundance of extended loved ones including numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial services for John Robert lowery Sr will be 10AM Saturday April 2, 2022 at New Hope cemetery with Jimmy Cravey officiating.
