Jimmy Ray Martin, age of 60 of Lockhart passed away May 5, 2024. He was born October 10, 1963, in Florala the son of Ladue Martin and Ruby Sweat Martin. Jimmy proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.  He had a great sense of humor, and his laugh would light up a room. Jimmy had a love for life and a love for getting things done. His life epitomized (You Only Live Once) and he loved every minute of it. He was preceded in death by father, Ladue Martin; mother, Ruby Sweat Martin; nephew, Marshall Collingwood.

He is survived by wife, Tammy Martin, son, Justin Ray Martin, sister, Debra Price (Johnny) and brother, Danny Martin. He is also survived by an abundance of extended loved ones including numerous nieces and nephews.

Services for Jimmy Ray Martin will be 1PM Thursday May 23, 2024 at Evans Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1 hour before services.
