Jessie William (Bill) Howard age 83 of the Red Oak Community passed away June 25,2023. He was born February 7, 1940 the son of Johnny Howard and Rosie Mae Jackson Howard. Bill had a love for music and played the fiddle in the band, The Panhandle Express. He enjoyed fishing and gardening. He loved spending time with his family, known to them as Bill, Daddy, and Paw Paw he will forever hold a dear and precious place in each of their hearts. Bill's faith in Jesus Christ sustained him as he fought many health issues. He fought the good fight. He kept the faith. He finished the race. he was preceded in death by daughter, Lisa Brown; father, John Howard; mother, Rosie Howard; brother, Max Howard; sister, Shirlene Phillips.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years Evelyn Howard, daughter, Tina McDonnell (Tudy), son, Tony Howard, brother, Johnnie Howard, grandchildren, Nathaniel Pickron (Charlene), Nicholas Pickron (Andrea), Kaleb Howard, Hunter Howard, Courtney Boles (Ethan), Jordan Whitman (Hailey), Dusty McDonnell (Kelsea), Rylee McDonnell, Makenna McDonnell, Allyson McDonnell, great grandchildren, Mahayla Sightler, Kayleigh Pickron, Khloe Pickron, Easton Boles, Hardy Boles, Presley Boles, Maisyn-Clare McDonnell, Stetson McDonnell, Wilks McDonnell and McKinleigh Howard.

Funeral services for Jessie William (Bill) Howard will be 1PM Wednesday June 28, 2023 at Green Tree Christian Fellowship Church with John Eiland and Josh Kyser officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before services.
