Jemmy Richardson age 83, passed away Monday April 25, 2022. She was born November 7, 1938 the daughter of Ernest A Fuqua and Willie Johnson Fuqua. She was preceded in death by Ernest Fuqua, Willie Fuqua, sister, Merle Coone and husband Alvin Richardson also known as Tater John.

She is survived by daughter, Alecia Mathis and husband David, grandson Joshua A Mathis and wife Lauren, great grandchildren, Raylon Mathis and Ava Mathis, sister, Myra Nell Clark, sister-in-law, Merle Yates and husband Coy. She is also survived by an abundance of extended love ones including numerous nieces and nephews.

Jemmy was a member of Shoal River Baptist Church and loved the Lord and her entire family. She was an avid horse lover, and rode all of her life and also taught many people how to ride. Jemmy loved oil painting, making ceramic's and cooking for her family and friends. She also loved her many pets over the years.

A memorial services will be held on Saturday May 7, 2022 at New Harmony Church Fellowship Hall at 10AM. In lieu of flowers donations in Jemmy Richardson memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation or your favorite animal rescue or shelter.
