Jeffery Wayne Taylor, 42, of Florala, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on the morning of May 22, 2020. He was born February 27, 1978 in Montgomery, AL. He lived the majority of his life in Paxton/Florala area, and was a graduate of Paxton High School's class of 1997. Jeff was a member of First Baptist Church of Florala, where he worshipped alongside his family, and friends whom he considered family. Jeff never met a stranger and had a heart of gold. He was known as someone who was always willing to help anyone, at anytime.

He is survived by his daughters, Destiny and Haven, and their mother, Ashley. He is also survived by his parents, Rick and Jennifer, of Andalusia; brother Greg, and his wife Kim, of Paxton, and their daughters, Malia and Maci; sister, Leigh of Florala.

A celebration of Jeff's life will be held at First Baptist Church of Florala on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at 11AM, officiated by both Charlie Lennard and James Pickron. Visitation will be 1 hour before services.
