Larry Thrower age 72, passed away Sunday September 27, 2020. He was born February 2, 1948 in Mobile to James Skipper and Laura Belle Lawrence Skipper. Larry worked as a processing engineer in the chemical industry. He was a professional photographer working the Mardi Gras in Mobile for over 35 years. He enjoyed fishing and was a member of Hollinger's Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by son, Daniel Thrower; father, James Skipper; mother, Laura Belle Lawrence Skipper.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years Lynn Denney Thrower, son, Casey Thrower and wife Robbi, daughters, Shelly Harrison and husband Lonny and Jamie Taliaferro and husband Bryan, grandchildren, Kayla, Kaylee, Tres', Emma, Jessica and Benjamin, great grandchildren, Mikey and Emmalyn, his beloved puppy's, Maggie, Lillie, Ellie and Probie. He is also survived by special friend, Karen Brown.

Funeral services for Larry Thrower will be 2PM Wednesday September 30, 2020 at Evans Funeral Home with James Pickron Officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before services. Interment will be in the Chapel Hill Cemetery.
