Falisa "Button" Borne, age three, of Florala, Alabama, passed away on April 7, 2026.

Falisa was born on December 27, 2022, the precious daughter of John Borne and Becki Adams Borne. In her short time here, she brought immeasurable joy, laughter, and love to her family, filling every room with her bright spirit and sweet personality.

Affectionately known as "Button," a nickname given because of her love for all things sparkly and pretty, Felisa had a way of capturing hearts wherever she went. She loved spending time with her daddy, something that brought her great comfort and happiness. Like any curious and spirited three-year-old, she enjoyed playing with her brothers and sisters, keeping up with everything around her; and never missing a chance to tattle when she thought it was needed. Her laughter, her innocence, and her playful nature were gifts to all who knew her.

Falisa is survived by her loving parents, John Borne and Becki Adams Borne; her maternal grandmother, Phyllis Adams; her paternal grandmother, Bobbie Cook; her brothers, John Borne, Jr., Jerri Borne, Robert Borne, and Ryan Faulk; her sisters, Kristen Whitegon, Carolyn Borne, Emma Borne, and Addison Borne; and her bonus parents, Tyler Faulk and Cindy Holland. She is also survived by a host of extended family members who will forever treasure her memory.

Though her time on earth was brief, Falisa's life was full of love and meaning. She reminded her family daily of the beauty found in simple moments; the sparkle of something pretty, the joy of play, and the comfort of being close to those she loved.

A celebration of life service for Falisa "Button" Borne will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Evans Funeral Home with Paul Adams officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
