Elizabeth "Libby" Pattillo, age 68, of Opp passed away November 23, 2021. She was born June 20, 1953 in Panama City to Ouida and Early Dan Cooper. Libby was small in stature, but big in personality. She was feisty and strong-willed, but also kind and generous. Libby was known for her love of animals, just like her mother, often preferring them to people. She took pride in caring for her flowers around her home and her garden. She was an avid Alabama Crimson Tide fan - Roll Tide Roll. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was preceded in death by father, Early Dan Cooper; mother Ouida Adams; brother Eddie Cooper.
