David Holloway, age 72, of Florala passed away April 6, 2021. He was born July 18, 1948 in Hacoda to Junior Holloway and Vera Jackson Holloway. David was an avid outdoorsman enjoying fishing and trapping. He loved traveling around the southeast being part of frontier reenactments. David had a passion for collecting guns. Often times you could find David late in the afternoons sitting on his porch looking over his pond. David lived life to the fullest and loved every second of it. He was preceded in death by father, Junior Holloway; mother, Vera Jackson Holloway; maternal grandparents, Loman and Mamie Jackson.

He is survived by sons, Lightfoot Narcia, Jared Costine and Gabe Narcia, daughters, Vera Montero, Denise Logan and Katharyn Narcia, sisters, Ann Sexton and husband Ronnie, Barbara Sexton and husband RA, Frances Edwards and husband Thomas, Margie Harrison and husband James and Mona Holloway. He is also survived by an abundance of extended love ones including numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for David Holloway will be 2PM Thursday April 8, 2021 at Evans Funeral Home with Ronnie Sexton officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before services. Interment will be in the North Creek Cemetery.
