Charles Weaver age 69, of Florala passed away December 21, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 14, 1952 in Opp the son of Emmett Frank Weaver and Teary Mae Wilson Weaver. Charles worked as a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry until ill health forced his retirement. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, he enjoyed his horses and tending his vegetable garden. His faith in Jesus Christ sustained him as he fought many health issues. He fought the good fight. He kept the faith. He finished the race. He was preceded in death by father, Emmett Frank Weaver; mother, Teary Mae Wilson Weaver; brothers, Jessie Weaver and Luke Jackson.

He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Weaver, sons, Phillip Weaver, Charlie Greer and wife Kimberley and Luke Hartline, daughters, Nancy Avila and husband Marco and Liza Jackson, brothers, Fred Weaver, Donnie and Bobby Joe McCall and Rodger Jackson, sisters, Susie Jackson, Brenda Mitton and husband Danny and Leona Weaver, grandchildren, Triston, Brian, Fuller, Gracelyn, Payton, Harley. Isabella, Easton and Joceline.

Funeral services for Charles Weaver will be 11AM Friday December 24, 2021 at Evans Funeral Home with Johnny White officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before services.
