Raymond Stokes age 55, of Florala passed away August 21, 2021. He was born December 4, 1965 in Florala the son of Charles Ray Stokes and Sandra Allen Stokes. Raymond graduated from Florala High School and began working with his father in the logging industry. Raymond had a love for life and a love for getting things done. He was an avid hunter and fisherman spending countless hour in the woods, fields, lakes and ponds of south Alabama and northwest Florida. Raymond loved spending time with his family especially when they went on their annual Gulf Shores family gathering. He was an incredible dad, son, brother, "Paw Paw" and teacher for his entire family. He will be dearly missed by his love ones who celebrate the fact that he is at peace with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

He is survived by his parents, Charles and Sandra Stokes, son Ben Stokes and wife Caitlin, daughters, Rachael Jackson and husband Colt and Morgan Stokes, brother, Omer D Stokes , sister, Lisa Norris, grandchildren, Jonni Rilynn, Waylon, Cutter, and granddaughter to be,  Emily Addilynn, nephews, Joseph, Johnathan, Jacob and Jordan, great nieces, Eva and Oliva.

Funeral services for Raymond Stokes will be 11AM Tuesday August 24, 2021 at Evans Funeral Home with Johnny White officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before services.
