Obituary

Carol Sanders, age 56, entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, leaving behind a legacy of love, devotion, and unwavering faith that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Carol's life was a beautiful reflection of the things she held most dear — her family, her faith, and the beauty of God's creation. She had a gift for nurturing life, whether through her vibrant flower gardens that bloomed with color each season or the abundant vegetables she grew and shared with those she loved. Carol found joy and purpose in the kitchen, where her cooking brought family and friends together around the table.

A creative soul, she loved painting and expressing herself through art. Some of her happiest moments were spent outdoors — especially on family trips to the river, fishing, camping, and making memories that will be cherished forever. But above all, Carol's greatest joy and purpose in life was her family. Known affectionately as "Maw," a name she treasured above all others, she poured endless love into her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Carol's deep faith in Jesus Christ was the anchor of her life. She not only believed but lived her faith every day — teaching her children by example how to love, serve, and trust the Lord. Her legacy is one of compassion, strength, and grace, leaving behind a powerful example of a life well-lived.

Carol was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Barbara Sanders, her precious granddaughter, Taylor Ranae Radel, sisters, Sara Jo and Lori Carter and nephew, Bronc Dillingham.

She is survived by her loving father, Walter Virgil Sanders; her sons, Aaron Blake Sanders, Cameron Sanders, and Benjamin Radel (Hannah); her daughter, Harley Sanders; and her brother, Walter Virgil Sanders II (Katie).

She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren: Isabella Sanders, McKinley Sanders, Easton King, Corbyn Sanders, Shayden Roehm, Skyden Roehm, Remington Carter, Chloe Radel, Maxten Radel, and Brynlee Radel — each of whom brought immeasurable joy to her life.

Carol's memory will live on in the gardens she planted, the meals shared in her honor, and the countless lives she touched with her love, kindness, and unwavering faith. Though she will be deeply missed, the seeds of love she sowed will continue to grow for generations to come.
