Albert Jackson Sorrells age 57 of Florala passed away Thursday November 24, 2022. Albert was born February 27, 1965, in Andalusia, Alabama the son of James E. Sorrells and Phyllis M. Barbarow. Albert enjoyed fishing, camping, swimming, riding horses and watching wrestling. there was nothing he loved more than spending time with his family and friends. Albert was preceded in death by his parents, James E. Sorrells and Phyllis M Barbarow, brother, James R. Sorrells and his beloved dog Roscoe.

Albert is survived by his daughters, Anna Sorrells, Kimberly Sorrells (Jeff), Kayla Sorrells, Kelly Sorrells (Adam), Katherine Sorrells, stepson, Jonathan Hughes (Victoria), grandchildren, Hunter Walker, Olan Cook, Jadin Northern, Joanna Cleland, Brayden Walker, Vanessa Granger, Blake McKinley, Zoey Golloher, Jayden Tillery, and Jacob Granger, sisters, Judy Watson (Jimmy), Joyce Wixey, Brenda Henderson (David), Phillis C. Mijares (Jeorge) Angie Dunnigan (Buddy), Melissa BarBarow, Brothers, William Sorrells (Debbie), and Phillip Sorrells. He is also survived by abundance of extended loved ones including numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Albert Jackson Sorrells will be 2PM Saturday, December 3, 2022, at Evans Funeral Home with Jimmy Watson officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before services. Interment will be at Blue Springs Cemetery.
